At The Body Butter Shop, we take pride in the quality and care that goes into each of our products. Due to the personal care nature of our items—including body butters, body washes, oils, and perfume mists—we cannot accept returns or exchanges once products have been shipped and delivered.
This policy is in place to protect the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our products. Once a product leaves our facility, we are unable to resell it, even if unopened.
