At The Body Butter Shop (BBS), we are committed to delivering your products with care and efficiency. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order:
Processing Time
- All orders require 5–7 business days for processing before shipment.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Address & Email Responsibility
- Please ensure your shipping address and email address are entered correctly at checkout.
- Customers must provide a valid email address for order confirmations, tracking updates, and important notifications.
- To ensure smooth communication, please add our email address to your contacts so our system emails do not go to spam.
BBS is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees
Damages & Carrier Liability
- Once your package leaves our facility, BBS is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost items caused by the carrier.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
